The short version. This is a volunteer-run site that tells stories about adoptable dogs at Yolo County Animal Services. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but adoption decisions are made by YCAS, not by us. By using this site you agree to the basics below.

We are not YCAS All Fur The Love is independent of, and does not represent, Yolo County Animal Services or Yolo County. We work alongside YCAS to advocate for adoptable dogs, but final adoption decisions are made by YCAS staff under their own procedures.

1. What this site is for

allfurthelove.com is an outreach effort to help adoptable dogs at Yolo County Animal Services find homes. It includes individual dog profiles, our story, ways to help, and a form to start an adoption conversation.

2. The inquiry form

When you submit an inquiry, a volunteer reads it and gets back to you within a few business days. Submitting a form is not an adoption application or a guarantee that you'll be approved. Final approval is at the discretion of Yolo County Animal Services.

3. Accuracy

We try to be accurate about each dog's age, temperament, and history, but our descriptions are based on what foster homes and volunteers have observed. They are not veterinary or behavioral diagnoses. Dogs are living beings; behavior can change with environment. Always meet a dog in person before deciding.

4. No fees on this site

We do not charge any fee through this site. If we ever add donations in the future, that will be entirely optional and clearly labeled.

5. Content & copyright

Photos and videos of dogs on this site are taken by All Fur The Love volunteers or shared by foster homes with permission. Please don't repost our photos to sell anything, but feel free to share any dog's profile to help them find a home. That's the whole point.

6. Third-party links

This site links to Yolo County Animal Services (yoloshelter.org), Instagram, and other places. We are not responsible for the content of any external site.

7. No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We can't promise it'll always be online, that the information is perfect at every moment, or that any particular dog will still be available when you reach out. We do our best.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, All Fur The Love volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any adoption-related interaction that follows.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
